Job summary

Vylor seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Litchfield, Illinois site, supporting plant operations with corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

You will manage work orders in CMMS, coordinate parts, and work with vendors and internal teams, ensuring safety standards and compliance across shifts. This role requires a high school diploma and hands-on mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid US driver9s license.
• Ability to learn mechanical concepts and use basic computer skills.
• 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work meets safety standards by leading safe practices and risk reduction.
• Support plant operations through corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Create, modify and close work orders in CMMS with accurate labor and parts documentation.
• Provide maintenance support for capital projects with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain the plant shop and maintenance tools.
• Lead grounds and facility maintenance as needed.
• Use predictive maintenance tools to identify issues and improve PM plans.
• Complete fabrication projects to improve safety and processes.
• Maintain detailed equipment records and prints.
• Plan and lead project work with Operations to avoid production interruption.
• Maintain Enterprise Asset Management system and train users.
