Job summary

Vylor, based in Worthington, IN, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage maintenance activities at the site, ensure equipment reliability, and uphold safety standards.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage work orders in CMMS, track parts and inventory, and collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

Experience with CMMS such as SAP-PM, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work overtime as needed will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in tight spaces and at heights.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive a safe work culture and ensure site safety and compliance with safety programs.
• Coordinate and prioritize preventative maintenance to align with production schedules.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime and off-season projects.
• Create, track, modify, and close work orders in CMMS with labor, financial records, and parts data.
• Maintain asset records, PM frequencies, and equipment history in CMMS.
• Coordinate ordering of maintenance parts and inventory tracking.
• Support budget and cost tracking for maintenance activities and parts.
• Assist in data analysis to prepare reports on downtime, PM compliance, backlogs, and improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and foster collaboration across shifts.
• Other duties as assigned.
