Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Coordinator in Worthington, IN to manage site maintenance, drive safety, and ensure equipment reliability. You’ll coordinate preventive maintenance, track work orders, and collaborate with multiple teams to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on maintenance oversight, strong communication, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office. On-site work with flexibility for overtime supports our production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Experience with CMMS and MS Office applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Create, track, and close work orders in CMMS; record labor, parts, and costs.
• Prioritize preventive maintenance to align with production schedules.
• Maintain asset histories and PM frequencies; monitor inventory and parts.
• Collaborate across shifts and departments to support uptime goals.
