Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Litchfield, IL site, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and process efficiency. You will manage a team of mechanics and electricians, coordinate maintenance activities, and drive cost-effective improvements across capital projects.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a track record in industrial maintenance. On-site work with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance is essential, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• One year of leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Highly motivated with strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Relevant industrial maintenance experience and/or capital project leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Willingness to work daytime shifts with extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Experience creating budgets and tracking expenditures to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe work culture and ensure site safety compliance.
• Schedule and oversee all maintenance activities and labor planning.
• Maintain records, reports, and capital forecasting.
• Implement maintenance metrics to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate capital plans and build business cases for prioritization.
• Coach and develop a maintenance team and collaborate across departments.
• Plan budgets and monitor expenditures; manage vendor and contractor activity.
