Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks an on-site parts coordinator to support repairable parts management at customer sites. You will identify, process, and track parts, quote repairs, and liaise between repair centers and customers to keep parts moving.

A background in a factory setting, basic sales skills, and familiarity with inventory systems are required. ATS offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a factory environment.
• Basic sales and persuasion skills.
• Ability to recognize part numbers and distinguish part types.
• Proficiency with computers and basic inventory/maintenance applications.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean.

Responsibilities

• Identify, capture, and process repairable parts at the customer sites.
• Maintain warranty information for all repairable parts at the customers’ site.
• Serve as liaison between repair service centers and customers, including quotes and approvals.
• Document and present cost savings opportunities to customers.
• Develop relationships with key customer staff to grow business within sites.
• Prepare and present metrics and reporting to customers and managers.
