Advanced Technology Services (ATS) in Chicago seeks a proactive site leader to drive maintenance services, safety culture, and customer engagement. You will oversee the delivery team, mentor supervisors, and ensure alignment with ATS standards and client expectations.

This role manages the site budget, coordinates with sales and operations, implements continuous improvement, and builds strong relationships with employees and customers to achieve safety, reliability, and financial goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or related field preferred or seven years of operations/maintenance experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience with a strong focus on development of employees.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; ability to drive safety culture and customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the site maintenance and/or materials services delivery team at the site level; engage employees and customers with a leadership mindset.
• Drive ATS safety and wellness culture and deploy the safety program; ensure training, observations, and investigations are completed.
• Manage the site’s financial performance (revenue, expenses, profit) and collaborate with other ATS units for cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and ATS business units to meet objectives and priority alignment.
• Communicate and review performance metrics with customers and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
