Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks a site leader to drive maintenance and materials services delivery at a client site in Lafayette, IN. The role oversees safety, customer engagement, and the on-site team to optimize facility performance and financial results.

You will develop and sustain a positive employee experience, lead strategic initiatives, and collaborate with ATS units to expand service scope while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or seven years of operations/maintenance experience.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience with a focus on employee development.
• Proven ability to lead, communicate, and implement strategic initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead the site maintenance and services delivery teams to meet customer needs.
• Drive ATS safety and wellness culture and ensure safety training and incident investigations.
• Manage the site’s financial performance (revenue, expenses, profit) to meet objectives.
• Develop relationships with ATS units and customers and align cross-functional activities.
