Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair advanced mechanical equipment and facility systems in a high‑production setting.

You will work closely with engineering and operations to implement new equipment, perform preventative maintenance, diagnose complex issues, and ensure maximum uptime while following safety policies and Watts’ continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and robotics.

Responsibilities

Analyzes, diagnoses, troubleshoots, CNC based equipment and resolves mechanical issues.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
Perform precision maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
Rebuild and overhaul machinery and components to OEM specifications.
Perform advanced alignment, balancing, and vibration-related mechanical work.
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
Support and troubleshoot FANUC robotics cells, including knowledge of safety circuits and end-of-arm tooling.
