Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, facilities, and support systems onsite. You will support safe and efficient operations, perform preventive maintenance, and follow environmental and safety standards.

You will work under the Facilities & Maintenance Manager, using tools, reading schematics, and CMMS to track work orders.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or related trade preferred.
Experience with industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, and electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to read manuals, schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment, facilities, grounds, vehicles, and support systems.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform maintenance tasks.
Maintain maintenance records and work orders in CMMS software.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to maximize uptime and reliability.
Follow safety, environmental, and company policies at all times.
