Job summary
Watts Water Technologies is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead for our Menomonee Falls, WI facility. The role focuses on directing daily department operations, coaching staff, and ensuring safety, quality, and reliability of production equipment.
You will collaborate with supervisors and other departments to meet manufacturing metrics in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, a journeyman certification, and strong mechanical/electrical
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Journeyman certification or equivalent recognized trade qualification in Industrial Mechanics/Millwright.
- Knowledge of safety practices and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day department operations and manage resources to meet metrics (SQDCI).
- Maintain safety and quality mindset and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coach and onboard team members and support supervisor in PM scheduling and maintenance planning.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
- Support new product initiatives and equipment installations, line moves, and process changes.
