Watts is seeking an experienced maintenance technician in Menomonee Falls, WI to support production equipment and facility systems. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot industrial equipment, and collaborate with engineering to commission new lines.

Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical issues; perform precision maintenance, read blueprints, service FANUC robotics, and support uptime and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems from low voltage through 480 V.
• Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, maintenance, and production teams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot CNC-based equipment to resolve mechanical issues.
• Repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Perform precision maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Rebuild and overhaul machinery to OEM specifications.
• Perform advanced alignment, balancing, and vibration-related work.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
