Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair and improve manufacturing equipment, facilities and support systems onsite. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and accurate record-keeping using CMMS.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; fabricate and modify components as needed; and support environmental and health standards while contributing to Watts' goals for

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance repair and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance concepts and safety regs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, facilities and utilities.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues and repair them safely.
• Maintain accurate work orders in CMMS and document maintenance activities.
• Estimate parts and materials for maintenance projects.
• Operate hand and power tools and interpret technical documents.
• Follow environmental, health and safety requirements and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
