Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to address resident work orders and perform routine upkeep across a large multifamily community. You will handle make-ready tasks for vacants, inspect work, and maintain common areas to meet Greystar standards.

The role requires hands-on use of tools, adherence to safety policies, and strong customer service. Candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and related experience/training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Incumbents must provide own hand tools and use them safely.
• Ability to identify problems and propose practical solutions.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and perform routine upkeep.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process for vacant homes and move-ins.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance across the property.
• Inspect work by others and by contractors for quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and assist with budgeting and cost controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support safety compliance.
