Job summary

ATI is seeking a Maintenance Leader for our Cudahy, WI facility. The role will coordinate maintenance activities in a safety-first environment, lead hourly maintenance staff and contractor support, and manage preventive maintenance and repairs.

The Maintenance Leader will ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety and Quality requirements, schedule overtime, and mentor staff. Reading drawings and coordinating with planners are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervision experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Journeyman's Card preferred.
• Experience supervising in a union environment.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment drawings.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely plan, organize, and execute maintenance activities in a cost effective manner to support production schedules.
• Lead hourly maintenance employees and contractor support.
• Manage preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs.
• Coordinate EAM work orders with production supervisors.
• Plan overtime schedules and mentor hourly staff.
• Supervise a diverse team of maintenance crafts.
• Collaborate with Planners and Material Handlers to coordinate part kitting.
• Manage small maintenance projects.
