Job summary

Assistance Technique Internationale (ATI) is seeking a Maintenance Leader for our Cudahy, WI facility. The role oversees maintenance activities, leads hourly staff and contractor support, and ensures preventive maintenance and timely repairs to keep production running.

You will manage safety, uphold environmental and quality requirements, mentor staff, and coordinate EAM work orders with production. A union environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman's card preferred.
• 5+ years in a maintenance role or journeyman-level experience preferred in a union environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely plan, organize, and execute maintenance activities.
• Provide troubleshooting and improve uptime and reliability.
• Solve equipment breakdowns with planned actions.
• Supervise a diverse maintenance team and coordinate with production.
• Plan EAM work orders and manage small projects.
