Job summary

ATI is seeking a Maintenance Leader at our Cudahy, WI facility. The role coordinates maintenance in a safety‑driven environment, leading hourly staff and contractor support, managing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance to support production, troubleshooting to improve uptime, and mentoring staff while coordinating with production supervisors on work orders and small projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervision experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Journeyman's card preferred for maintenance work.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities in a safety‑1st environment.
• Lead hourly maintenance employees and contract support as needed.
• Manage preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety and Quality requirements.
• Oversee overtime planning and mentor hourly staff.
• Plan, organize, and execute maintenance to support production schedules.
• Troubleshoot equipment and improve uptime and reliability.
• Communicate and plan EAM work orders with production supervisors.
• Manage small maintenance projects and support safety programs.
