Job summary

ATI in Cudahy, WI, is seeking a Maintenance Leader to coordinate maintenance activities in a safety-first environment. You will lead hourly staff and contractor support, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Strong supervisory and communication skills are essential. The role requires experience supervising in a union setting, ability to read drawings, and knowledge of manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervision experience.
• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman's Card preferred; 5 years journeyman experience preferred.
• Experience supervising in a union environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for scheduling and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Safely plan, organize, and execute maintenance activities to support production.
• Lead hourly maintenance staff and contractors; manage preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and oversee overtime; mentor hourly staff.
• Coordinate EAM work orders with production supervisors.
• Manage small projects related to maintenance crafts.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality requirements.
• Support ATI Forged Products, Safety and Quality programs.
