Job summary

ATI is seeking a Maintenance Leader at our Cudahy, WI facility. The role oversees maintenance activities, mentors hourly staff, and coordinates with contractors while ensuring safety, environmental, and quality compliance.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance, troubleshooting, and driving downtime improvements to support production schedules. The ideal candidate has supervision experience, a journeyman level background, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervision experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Journeyman's Card inMaintenance preferred.
• 5 years of journeyman level experience.
• Experience supervising in a union environment.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment/machinery drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for scheduling, budgets, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute maintenance activities safely and cost-effectively to support production schedules.
• Provide practical knowledge for maintenance and troubleshoot to improve uptime.
• Solve equipment breakdowns with plans and communication.
• Ensure safe working conditions and adherence to labor contracts and EEO/AAP provisions.
• Supervise maintenance craft staff and coordinate with production supervisors for EAM work orders.
• Manage small maintenance projects and mentor hourly staff.
