Job summary

Assistance Technique Internationale in Cudahy, WI is seeking a Maintenance Leader to coordinate maintenance activities in a safety-first plant environment. You will lead hourly maintenance staff and contractor support, manage preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs, and ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety and Quality requirements.

You will supervise a diverse team, plan EAM work orders with production supervisors, and oversee small projects while supporting ATI's Safety and Quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervision experience.
• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Journeyman's Card in Maintenance preferred.
• 5 years' experience at journeyman level preferred.
• Experience supervising in a union environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities in a safety-first environment.
• Lead hourly maintenance employees and contractor support as applicable.
• Manage preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs.
• Comply with Environmental, Safety and Quality requirements.
• Mentor hourly staff and manage overtime schedules.
• Plan, organize and execute maintenance to support production schedules.
• Communicate and plan EAM work orders with production supervisors.
• Manage small maintenance projects.
• Support ATI Forged Products, Safety and Quality Programs.
