Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the community. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor coordination to ensure the property stays in top condition.

Working with the Community Manager, you will supervise staff, inspect common areas, and maintain records, while providing excellent resident service and ensuring timely responses to work orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities for hazards and repairs.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Provide safe and efficient maintenance practices and training to staff.
