Asset Living in Pullman, WA is seeking a Porter to perform daily maintenance of the community, respond to resident requests, and manage grounds and common areas onsite. The role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma, and knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities include pool maintenance, hazard inspections, and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor while ensuring excellent resident relations. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily maintenance of grounds and common areas.
• Respond to resident/ management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain pool area and keep chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards and safety compliance.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and participate in unit inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage resident relations.
• Enforce community policies and safety standards.
