RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager in Doral, FL to lead maintenance and landscaping operations for a diverse community portfolio. This role focuses on safety, asset care, and efficient team leadership, reporting to the community management team.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and a track record of coordinating vendors and emergency responses in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team coordination experience in maintenance or property management.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and surveys.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience administering vendor contracts and procurement processes.
• Physically able to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance and landscaping teams, including daily operations and performance tracking.
• Administer vendor contracts, procurement, coordination, and invoice approval.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and asset condition.
• Oversee risk management activities and implement mitigation measures.
• Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners and Board inquiries, including emergencies.
• Coordinate and manage emergency situations, including pest control services.
• Maintain and oversee all Association-owned assets and amenities, including routine maintenance.
• Inspect completed work and ensure proper maintenance of equipment, machinery, and tools.
• Manage security and access systems, including gates, video surveillance, and communication platforms.
• Oversee water management systems, including irrigation, lakes, and wetlands.
