Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite in Doral, FL is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to support a vibrant community. The role focuses on preventative care, timely repairs, and keeping common areas safe and well-presented for residents. The position operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with responsibilities spanning carpentry, drywall, plumbing and groundskeeping; a valid license and good problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience in a residential community.
• Experience in Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Plumbing, Painting.
• Must speak, read, and write English; bilingual is a plus.
• Proficient problem-solver with safe tool use.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on community property and equipment.
• Manage and complete work orders through the work order system.
• Drive association golf cart throughout community to respond to work orders.
• Install and maintain drywall.
• Carry out general maintenance, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping.
• Inspect grounds, common areas, and buildings.
• Identify and report needed repairs, improvements, and safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
