Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an onsite Maintenance Operations Manager in Doral, FL to lead maintenance and landscaping teams, oversee vendor contracts, and ensure safe, well-maintained community properties. You will manage inspections, emergency response, and water systems, while coordinating with boards.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in property management or community operations, strong leadership, and IT literacy to keep operations efficient and compliant with regulatory

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent real estate/property management experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in real estate, property management, or community operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, and facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance and landscaping teams daily.
• Administer vendor contracts, procurement, and invoice approval.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure safety and asset condition.
• Coordinate emergency responses and oversee security systems.
• Oversee water management, irrigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory and maintenance records.
• Support community events and liaison with boards.
