Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to join a vibrant senior community team. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, timely repairs, safety, and keeping common areas clean and well‑maintained for residents.

You will work under the Maintenance Manager, handle work orders, assist with carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and groundskeeping, and must be able to operate tools safely. English proficiency required; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a residential community.
• Experience with Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Plumbing, and Painting.
• Experience with Cleaning, Locks, and Gutters is highly desired.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on community property and equipment.
• Manage and complete work orders through the work order system.
• Drive association golf cart throughout the community to respond to work orders.
• Installation and maintenance of drywall.
• Conduct general maintenance, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping.
• Carry out regular inspections of grounds, common areas, and buildings.
• Identify and report needed repairs, improvements, and safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
