Qualifications

• Ability to operate office equipment and mail processing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Prepare mailings using postage meters and automated mail inserter equipment.
• Operate high-volume mail processing equipment and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Prepare, fold, insert, and seal documents for mailing.
• Apply postage and maintain mailing records.
• Receive, sort, and distribute office supplies and materials.
• Maintain inventory of mailroom supplies and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report issues.
• Maintain daily service logs and documentation.
• Provide timely and professional customer service for mail-related inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized mailroom.
• Lift and move mail tubs and supplies as needed.
• Perform copying, scanning, filing, and general office support duties.
