neteffects in Atlanta, GA is seeking a detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk to handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and basic office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with handheld devices, computers, and POS systems, lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and maintain accurate records while providing good customer service. Temporary-to-hire position with decent benefits.

Qualifications

• Copy job experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Pay rate: $17.00- $17.50/hr

Hours: 9:00am- 6:00pm, M-F

Location: Atlanta, GA

Summary:

• Daily responsibilities will include processing incoming/outgoing mail and incoming packages.
• Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task.
• The manager is looking for someone with mail experience and basic computer skills. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push 400 pounds on wheels.
• There will be excessive standing.
• Someone with warehouse, retail, and mail experience would be successful in this role. They will be working with Handhelds, computers, and POS systems.
• Dress Code: Black or navy polo shirt and khakis or jeans (no distressed or holes in jeans) and comfortable sneakers.
• Parking is the responsibility of the candidates, public transportation is highly encouraged as parking costs about $67.50/month.

Qualifications :

• Requires high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
