Redhawk Logistics in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time on-site Operations Support team member. The role focuses on shipment tracking, client updates, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely deliveries. Training is provided, and there is a strong emphasis on customer service.

Ideal candidates enjoy a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and can multitask across calls, emails, and operational tasks. This position is in-person only at our Columbus facility.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in logistics, supply chain, or business-related careers preferred.
• Training provided for all new hires.

Responsabilidades

• Manage shipment tracking, client updates, and email communication.
• Communicate with customers and carriers via phone and email.
• Assist with quoting and freight booking.
• Support claim submissions and resolution processes.
• Provide billing and operational support.
• Assist with reporting and internal coordination.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure smooth logistics operations.
