Redhawk Logistics in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time on-site Operations Support team member. The role focuses on shipment tracking, client updates, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely deliveries. Training is provided, and there is a strong emphasis on customer service.

Ideal candidates enjoy a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and can multitask across calls, emails, and operational tasks. This position is in-person only at our Columbus facility.

Role Description–

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Columbus, OH, for a Managed Operations CORE Logistics Team Mem`ber. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in logistics in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. IN PERSON ONLY - Please do not reply for long distance or remote positions.

What You’ll Do–

• Manage shipment tracking, client updates, and email communication
• Communicate with customers and carriers via phone and email
• Assist with quoting and freight booking
• Support claim submissions and resolution processes
• Provide billing and operational support
• Assist with reporting and internal coordination
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure smooth logistics operations

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and master new skills in a dynamic industry
• Detail-driven with the ability to identify, correct, and prevent errors in a zero-defect environment

No prior logistics experience required — training is provided.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Interest in logistics, supply chain, or business-related careers preferred
• Students and individuals pursuing degrees in logistics or related fields are encouraged to apply

Work Schedule & Location

IN PERSON ONLY - Please do not reply for long distance or remote positions

• Full-time (flexibility available for students)
• Initial interviews are conducted in person at our Columbus facility as well.
