Arrive Logistics is seeking a Client Success Associate in Columbus, OH to manage daily load operations, schedule appointments, and track shipments while communicating updates to customers and carriers. You will develop skills across load building, scheduling, and exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented execution, proactive communication, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Fast-paced and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Polished communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal & written.

Responsibilities

• Manage load board on a daily basis, including data entry in load building and scheduling, tracking, and closing loads.
• Focus on accuracy and timeliness while building loads for customer accounts.
• Obtain pickup and delivery appointments from shippers and consignees within the network.
• Deliver timely communication with Carrier reps and customer contacts when rescheduling pickups and deliveries, and when updating tracking.
• Communicate proactively with customer contacts when shipments will be delayed.
