Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Fulfillment Human Resources Team in Columbus, OH. This role reports to the HR Manager and focuses on supporting core HR functions and enhancing the employee experience on site.

You will partner with the General Manager and leadership to ensure effective people practices, manage employee relations, onboarding, training, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a Human Resources position.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working onsite at a fulfillment center, distribution center, or similarly operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct floor walks, listening sessions, and employee check-ins to maintain a visible HR presence on the floor.
• Serve as the onsite point of contact for employee concerns and escalate complex issues to HR leadership.
• Coach managers on policy application, attendance, performance management, and employee relations practices.
• Handle onboarding and HR training for site employees and leaders.
• Support engagement, recognition, and retention activities at the site.
• Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
