Job summary

Logan Premium Logistics is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to build, maintain, and grow customer relationships onsite in Burr Ridge, IL. You’ll use multiple outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline and expand our book of business while delivering reliable transportation solutions.

You will represent Logan Premium Logistics with a focus on excellent service, proactive problem solving, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of freight brokerage experience, Customer Sales is highly preferred.
• Experience in building a book of business through cold outreach.
• Experience with McLeod is a plus.
• Ability to work both as a team and as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong pipeline through cold outreach by phone, email, and online resources.
• Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings.
• Maintain trust through exceptional service and communication.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the logistics industry to customers.
