Construction Grad, LLC is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement activities across projects. The role emphasizes organized administration, timely ordering, and close collaboration with project teams and vendors to ensure on-time material delivery.

The ideal candidate will manage POs, coordinate with warehouses, and assist with month-end reporting while developing procurement skills and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase orders and lead times.
• Strong communication with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing process from request through delivery.
• Create and maintain purchase orders with accurate pricing and delivery info.
• Communicate with vendors on availability, lead times, and shipping.
• Coordinate deliveries between vendors, warehouses, and project sites.
• Work with Project Managers to forecast purchasing needs and schedules.
• Monitor open POs and follow up on delays.
• Verify receipts with warehouse and maintain inventory records.
• Review vendor invoices and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support month-end purchasing reporting and records.
