• Prepare documents for approval in accounting/procurement systems.
• Support vendor relationships; collect timely source documents.
• Monitor contracts and submit changes promptly.
• Participate in inventory counts and audits.
• Ensure pricing aligns with contract terms; prepare clear reports.
