Job summary

CRST International is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Charlotte, NC to be the first point of contact for customers and installers. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure escalations are addressed within SLAs, coordinating with internal teams and monitoring service updates.

The role requires logistics customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in data entry and customer management systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics customer service is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in data entry and customer management systems.
• Flexible, reliable and punctual for assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide timely information and support.
• Call customers to provide time windows for upcoming services and conduct follow-ups.
• Receive warm leads and process product sales quickly and accurately.
• Record, track and elevate issues to managers when needed.
• Manage service orders and keep documentation up to date.
• Track installer escalations and provide updates to supervisors and managers.
• Perform daily tasks including inventory checks and paperwork completion.
• Resolve escalations within SLA timelines.
• Act as liaison between customers, service teams and internal departments for clear communication.
