Job summary

Langham Logistics in Indianapolis is hiring a Logistics Dispatch Operations CSR to support our customers' supply chains, managing shipments from pickup to delivery. This onsite role requires 3PL transportation operations experience and daily collaboration with carriers and internal teams.

You will handle 20+ calls daily, maintain data in the Transportation System Management database, prepare business reviews, and help grow relationships through proactive problem resolution and accurate status

Qualifications

• Demonstrated CSR experience in the logistics, supply chain and/or transportation industries.
• Demonstrates effective analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrates effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive in anticipating problems and resolving conflicts.
• Takes initiative and works well in a team.
• Experience with TMS systems and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e‑mail).
• Able to prioritize, organize tasks and time, with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer shipments align with pickup and delivery expectations.
• Maintain shipment data within the Transportation System Management database.
• Inform customers of transportation issues, including delays.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Aid in preparing Quarterly Business Reviews and customer site visits.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to onboard new clients and assist with special projects.
• Foster positive customer relationships to support contract renewals and growth.
• Represent Langham positively to internal and external customers.
• Handle incoming calls, faxes, emails, and portal inquiries about shipments.
• Interact daily with LTL carriers, manage quotes and reconsignments, update contact details.
