Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and advisory work at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver expert tax guidance and work closely with a team of specialists to ensure end-to-end service for each client.

You will build relationships within the local community, attract new clients, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing resources to grow the client base while providing personalized financial support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location (on-site).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling from simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to build and grow a new customer base for TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as needed.
• Develop relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via digital tools.
