Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to join a new location. You will provide year-round tax preparation and expert advice, serving in-person and virtual clients while connecting them with a broader Intuit ecosystem of services.

You will grow your local client base, participate in community events, and ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience, including education and ongoing financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with TurboTax or similar software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite presence at TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week; training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with accounting, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via virtual tools.
