Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in a collaborative team, serving in-person and virtual clients.

This role emphasizes building local client relationships, expanding TurboTax client base, and coordinating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns per season) using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services as needed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and professional service in-person and via video tools.
