Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts, providing full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA with PTIN and 3+ years of tax preparation experience.
• Experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local client base and build relationships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma when appropriate.
• Build relationships with clients to turn one-time transactions into long-term partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
