Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients, integrating with a broader team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

You will drive local growth, attract new clients, and foster long-term relationships while leveraging Intuit marketing tools to build a thriving

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or attorney credentials preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns).
• Willing to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States for 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem teammates (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to serve clients end-to-end.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
