Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to ensure a comprehensive financial solution.

The role emphasizes building local client bases, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and provide planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in local meetings.
