Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

The role centers on full-service tax return preparation, delivery of tax advice, and software support, while linking clients to Intuit’s ecosystem of services for year-round guidance. The position emphasizes community engagement, local business development, and collaboration with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training from Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location with standard hours (approx. 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Must complete required training and development and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
