Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks self-driven Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will engage with clients in person, assist with complex tax scenarios, and leverage Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end solutions. As a community ambassador, you will grow the local client base, run outreach activities, and collaborate with a network of tax professionals to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials required or preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build lasting relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences in meetings.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
