Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax advice and full-service tax preparation at TurboTax locations.

You will act as a local ambassador, building a client base, engaging with the community, and collaborating with specialists to provide end-to-end tax solutions. Onsite, you’ll support personal and business tax needs and leverage Intuit resources for continued client value.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, partnerships, and events.
• Coordinate with broader Intuit team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain client relationships across seasons.
