Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a U.S. TurboTax location. You will provide on-site tax expertise, complete returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios with a personal touch.

As a local ambassador, you will grow the client base, collaborate with specialists, and deliver end-to-end service using our tools. You’ll work with a team to create a seamless customer experience and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end service by collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
