Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for clients at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team to connect clients to a broad range of Intuit services, including bookkeeping and payroll, while growing your local presence.

You will develop relationships with customers, offer personalized tax planning, and deliver a best-in-class experience both on-site and via digital tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, with training and uniforms.
• Willing to build local community presence and expand services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
• Maintain professional standards and participate in required training.
