Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and connect customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services,

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week; training required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising.
• Desire to build local and online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and drive referrals.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year‑round support.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients toward financial goals.
