Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while connecting clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow the local customer base, participate in community events, and deliver end-to-end tax services with a focus on client outcomes. The role is nonexempt and onsite.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Deliver future tax planning advice and maximize refunds in plain language.
• Build local growth by identifying prospects and organizing community events with marketing support.
