Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services in a community-focused role.

As a local ambassador, you will grow the client base, organize events, and connect customers to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory offerings. This is a hands-on, customer-centric position requiring strong communication and local market engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must wear uniforms and participate in branding/advertising using your image.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Develop long-term relationships turning transactions into loyalty.
• Deliver professional customer service in person and virtually.
